Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions govern the sale of non-refundable and non-exchangeable services, packages and products sold at our salon. By purchasing a service, package, or product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The package offered for sale by our salon includes the services specified in the package description and may not be exchanged or refunded.

3. All sales of services, products and packages are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the services, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to use the services.

4. If you wish to cancel a package within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, you will need notify us in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase and we shall refund you the unused package value, less a 30% administrative charge. Any request for refund of package later than forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase and earlier than seven (7) days from the time of purchase must be made in writing and shall incur a 50% administrative charge of the unused package value. From the date seven (7) days after the time of purchase, all packages sold are not refundable, shareable, transferable or exchangeable. Any services consumed from the package(s) will have the price of the service(s) and free credits deducted from the package(s) before the remainder sum of the package(s) paid is refunded.

5. All packages sold are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. There shall be strictly no extension on the expiry date and any unutilised credits and/or services after the expiry date shall be forfeited.

6. Booking and Cancellation: To book an appointment, please contact our salon. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be asked to place a deposit when you book your next appointment. 

7. Responsibility: Our salon is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may result from the use of the services. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hair & Co. ("PS Revolutions") and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

8. You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses or personal injury resulting from the use of our services and/or treatments and/or products.
