Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Due to limited availability, clients who have repeatedly cancelled or have a history of no-show may be required to make a deposit for their subsequent bookings in advance to secure a slot. If you do not give any valid means of contact through our booking form (ie false numbers and dummy email addresses), Hair & Co. will not be liable for any cancellation on our part in the event we are unable to contact you.
